By purchasing or using Ruledeck, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the software.
Upon purchase, Ruledeck (“we”, “us”) grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Ruledeck on a single server or infrastructure environment controlled by you (“one installation”).
The licence is valid indefinitely for the version of the software delivered at the time of purchase. It does not expire.
One licence = one organisation. A single licence permits one production instance and one test or staging instance for the same organisation. Each instance must be activated against a valid licence key on startup. Additional production installations for separate organisations or environments require additional licences.
Your licence key is personal and non-transferable. It is issued to the purchasing account and may only be used by the organisation that purchased it. Licence keys are monitored for activation patterns. If we detect a key being shared publicly, distributed to third parties, or activated across unrelated deployments, we reserve the right to revoke the licence immediately without notice and without refund.

You may modify the software for your own internal use. Modifications do not affect the validity of your licence.
Following successful payment, you will receive a licence key and access to the software via the delivery method specified at checkout (Docker image, download link, or similar). Delivery is electronic and considered complete when the licence key and access instructions are sent to the email address you provided.
You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your licence key. Your licence key must not be shared with any third party, posted publicly, or distributed in any form. Violation of this condition constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate licence revocation without refund.
All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorised payment processor.
Refund policy: Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the software has not been activated or deployed in a production environment. To request a refund, contact hello@ruledeck.app within the 14-day window with your order number.
Refunds are not available after activation or after the 14-day window has passed.
The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
You assume full responsibility for evaluating the software’s suitability for your intended use prior to purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ruledeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the licence.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your licence grants perpetual use of the version purchased. Ruledeck provides no guarantee of future updates, continued development, bug fixes, security patches, or ongoing support beyond what is explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to discontinue the sale, development, or support of Ruledeck at any time without notice. Existing licences remain valid and the software you have received remains yours to use under the terms of this agreement. Discontinuation does not entitle you to a refund.
Where updates are made available, they may be provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed to be free of charge.
Ruledeck is self-hosted software. We do not have access to any data you process through the software, including customer records, decision inputs, or business logic configured within your installation.
The personal data we collect in connection with your purchase (name, email address, payment details) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
