Short version: Ruledeck is self-hosted software. We do not have access to any data you process through your installation. The only personal data we hold is what you provide when making a purchase — your name and email address. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for marketing.
This Privacy Policy applies to Ruledeck, a software product developed and sold by Ruledeck, a company registered in Estonia.
Ruledeck is the data controller for personal data collected in connection with purchases and support communications.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. Support communications are handled via Zoho Mail with appropriate access controls. Payment data is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy and is not stored by us.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The ruledeck.app website is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not set any first-party cookies and do not use analytics tracking.
GitHub Pages may set cookies in connection with their hosting infrastructure. Refer to the GitHub Privacy Statement for details.
The Lemon Squeezy checkout page, accessed when making a purchase, operates under Lemon Squeezy’s own cookie policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to customers via the email address associated with their purchase.
Continued use of the software following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
